About Sacro Cactus

A sanctuary shaped by land, light, and soul.

Sacro Cactus is more than a villa: it is a living sanctuary where nature leads the way.
Held by ancient junipers, sculpted granite, and the quiet turquoise of the Costa Smeralda, it carries the timeless energy of Sardinia and the calm strength of this ancestral island.

Built with sustainability and soul at its foundation, the property draws from the elements — stone, wood, water, sunlight — to create a space that feels grounding yet elevated. Every gesture of design, from the handcrafted juniper walls to the soft, intentional lighting, honours a balance between earth and elegance. The architectural vision comes from two of Costa Smeralda’s renowned creators: Enzo Satta and Jean-Claude Lesuisse, whose work shaped the identity of the region.

The villa runs on solar power and is nourished by its own natural well — pure, chemical-free, fluoride-free water that flows straight from the land. Here, sustainable living is not a concept but a way of being. A return to simplicity, to presence, to breath.

Sacro Cactus is a place to slow down, tune into the silence, and experience Sardinia’s longevity culture through connection, nature, and a gentler rhythm of life. Whether you come for rest, inspiration, or to host a retreat, this space invites you to arrive fully — and leave a little transformed.

Where We Are

At the heart of nature, yet close to everything essential:

  • 5 minutes from Costa Smeralda’s stunning beaches

  • 5 minutes from supermarkets and pharmacies

  • 7 minutes to famous town of Porto Cervo & charming San Pantaleo, famous for it’s boho-piazza market

  • 30 minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda International Airport (direct year-round flights to Rome, Milan, major European cities and international continents)

Sacro Cactus is also home to four gentle souls — Psylo, Cibyn, Luma and Aya.
They are part of the land’s spirit, moving quietly through the junipers and granite as protectors of the space. Sweet-natured and independent, they don’t scratch or disturb; they simply coexist, offering their calm presence to those who welcome it.

They spend their days outdoors in the gardens, keeping the energy of the property clear and harmonious, like little shamans watching over the sanctuary. They’re clean, discreet, and never leave odours inside the house.

We kindly ask that all guests feel comfortable sharing the land with them; they are part of the ecosystem that makes Sacro Cactus feel alive, protected, and deeply connected to nature.

Who This Isn’t For

To preserve the peace and soul of Sacro Cactus, we are not the right fit for:

  • High-noise groups or party-style gatherings

  • Guests seeking a typical hotel environment

  • Families with very young children (under 10) due to terrain & safety

  • Anyone uncomfortable with sharing the land respectfully with our cats

  • Those who do not align with eco-conscious living & mindful use of resources

This gentle selection allows us to offer something rare today: an intimate, grounding retreat for those who value depth, connection, and the spirit of the land.

Who we are

More than life partners, we are soulmates united by a shared vision: to create a sanctuary that feels like home, where comfort and beauty meet harmony with nature. Sacro Cactus Villa was born from our dream to blend understated luxury with the wild soul of Sardinia: authentic, grounding, and full of light. Every corner reflects our love for this land: its longevity, its wisdom, and its peace. Our home is designed to nourish the senses and the spirit, embracing sustainability, consciousness, and the art of slow living.

  • Co-Founder & Designer
Sardinian–Australian film director Lisa Camillo brings her cinematic eye and anthropological depth to every corner of Sacro Cactus. Drawing on her experience creating evocative film sets, she treats each space as a scene designed to awaken the senses. Her work with Indigenous communities and her love for Sardinia’s ancient traditions and Mediterranean beauty infuse the villa with a soulful balance between artistry, nature, and cultural heritage.
